Frequently Asked Questions
As a client-based practice, we are dedicated to understanding your individual needs and exceeding your expectations.
What are your goals & dreams for your teeth?
How do you feel when you look into the mirror?
What objectives can we help you achieve?
We’re committed to providing the ideal treatment for your dental needs, resulting in long-lasting results you can be proud of.
What can I expect on my first visit?
As a new patient, the first step is a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Seay. She will perform a comprehensive oral examination to diagnose your dental needs, including all necessary Radiographs. One of our highly-trained Hygienists will complete your Prophylaxis and, if you have more complex hygiene needs, discuss treatment options with you.
Your first appointment sets the foundation for your dental care, so a thorough examination is crucial. You’ll find our practice is outfitted with the most up-to-date technology, including Intraoral Photography and Digital Radiography. Our exceptional care allows us to work together in exceeding your dental expectations.
How is payment handled at your practice?
Your comfort and education are our #1 priority. In order to prepare financially for your appointment, please arrange to pay in full on the day of your visit. We accept all forms of payment (personal check, all major credit cards, and CareCredit). If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card so we can promptly file your claims electronically.
Our patients often come to us based not on insurance needs, but rather, on the standard of care we offer. All dental reimbursements will be sent directly to you after we complete the paperwork on your behalf. Patients are typically reimbursed by their insurance company within 10-20 business days. Our treatment coordinators are more than happy to assist you if payment arrangements or other financial options are necessary.
Do you accept children as patients?
Dr. Seay’s passion and focus is on adult dentistry; however, she has partnered with an excellent Pediatric Dental Group, Kids Teeth. There, Dr. Will & Dr. Mike will care for your child with individualized attention and expertise until they reach the age of fourteen.
Kids Teeth is a practice specially-geared toward children and their dentists have received additional training to address adolescent dental needs. Of course, there are instances (such as a major fall) where Dr. Seay will see children with these extraneous circumstances. Exceptions to this policy include implant dentistry or children who have suffered trauma to their front teeth. Please contact us for more information.
